Lead Generation Team Manager
carloans 365 is seeking a Lead Generation Team Manager to oversee and develop a team of agents responsible for the critical first stage of our sales pipeline.
The role has overall responsibility in coaching and mentoring the team to efficiently and effectively prequalify leads, as well as providing proactive data insights to allow us to continuously improve our processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills with ability to motivate a team, a proven track record in telesales and a technical mindset with the ability to interpret and present CRM data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of eight lead generation agents
- Ensure efficient workflows and processes are in place for lead prequalification and handover to Sales
- Provide ongoing coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Identify training needs and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge
- Continuous development and refinement of lead qualification criteria and processes to ensure processes are as efficient as possible
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy in lead tracking and reporting; provide detailed and insightful data reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a lead generation or telesales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional proficiency in CRM and dialler systems
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
Details:
- Salary: £40,000 + comms OTE £45,000+
- Fully on-site in Old Trafford
- Working pattern: 0900 – 1800, 5 days per week
- Monday – Saturday with 2 weekends per month allocated on a rota basis
