carloans 365 are hiring a Payouts Advisor as a result of continued business growth. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly, collaborative and high-performing Payouts team.

You will play a crucial role in our customer's car purchasing journey; ensuring funds are transferred between customers, lenders and dealers in a timely and effective manner. You'll be liaising with internal Sales teams, nationwide dealerships and our extensive lender panel, as well as working with our CRM (Autoconvert) and Excel.

💡 WHAT’S INVOLVED?

• Coordinate processing of loan payouts for customers in adherence to CL365 policies and FCA regulations
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers during the payout process, providing clear communication regarding payout timelines and documentation requirements
• Address customer inquiries and concerns relating to the payout process
• Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted by customers for payout processing
• Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements and best practice

🔍 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Some experience in an administrative or telephone-based role - we're very open to background, we’re focused on the right attitude and mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Great communication skills; the ability to build rapport over the phone with customers, lenders and dealerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation management

🤝 FURTHER DETAILS

• £25,000 basic + commission – OTE of £28,500
• 5 days per week, 9.30am - 6pm – 2 Saturdays per month allocated on a rota basis, no Sundays!
